During my stay at this hotel, I experienced the best hospitality and facilities. The hotel is located in a serene environment which provided a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was easily accessible from different parts of this city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was provided to guests.
It was all superb.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us. We also enjoyed the hotel's central location, close to many restaurants and shops.
The breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and not very filling. the service was slow and sometimes we had to wait a long time to get our food.

Our romantic escape was mostly wonderful. The room was spacious and clean, offering a wonderful view of the wildlife on the trees outside. We were able to see Indian giant squirrels, monkeys, and beautiful birds. The location was great for visiting the nearby tea plantations, and we loved having a kettle and tea in the room for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
There were a few aspects that we didn't enjoy. The breakfast options were limited, and the food was not always filling.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The spacious room provided us with a wonderful view of the surrounding wildlife, such as monkeys and Indian giant squirrels. The staff, especially Sarath the manager, went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We also appreciated the in-room amenities, including a kettle and tea. the service, location, and room amenities exceeded our expectations.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the shower, as the water tended to go in different directions. However, this did not significantly impact our stay.
